PacienA 39-year-old patient, previously cesarean section twice, at 38 weeks of gestation, with ultrasound diagnosis and Leopold sign, fetus in transverse position, upper back, fetal heart rate 148 bpm, presented with uterine contractions and cervical changes. She underwent a repeat segmental cesarean section, resulting in a live newborn who was handed over to the pediatrician with an APGAR score of 9 at one minute. The baby had a nuchal cord 

Pacientede 39 años cesareada anterior 2 veces,con38 semanas de gestacioon y diagnostico ecografico y Leopold feto en transversa dorso superior ,latidos fetales 148 RR ,acude por contracciones uterinas y cambios cervicales..Fué sometida a operacion cesarea segmentaria iterativa,obteniendo recien nacido  vivo se entrega al padiatra APGAR 9 al minuto ,trajo circular al cuello.

Se denomThis term refers to any pregnancy located outside the uterine cavity. The incidence in the general population represents approximately 2% of all pregnancies. It is diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy, with the most common gestational age being between 6 and 10 weeks. The most frequent locations are:

1. Tubal

2. Ovarian

3. Abdominal

4. Cornual, Cervical

The most frequent location is tubal, representing more than 95%, with ampullary locations accounting for 75%. Other locations include ovarian, abdominal (as in this case, hepatic, which is very rare), and cervical.
