It is diagnosed in the first trimester of pregnancy, with the most common gestational age being between 6 and 10 weeks. The most frequent locations are:
1. Tubal
2. Ovarian
3. Abdominal
4. Cornual, Cervical
The most frequent location is tubal, representing more than 95%, with ampullary locations accounting for 75%. Other locations include ovarian, abdominal (as in this case, hepatic, which is very rare), and cervical.
